In my opinion this record was conserved in a PVC sleeve because there is a dull film on surface, or perhaps fluorescent material got old, probably both, whatever there is a discontinued sizzling on white parts, quite strong, but when it is banging it doesn't impact sound, music perhaps VG-, no scratch or so, in a new black sleeve - writing on a center
